These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit kavoretti.shop, browse our pages, or place an order with Kavoretti. They explain the rules for using the site and the basis on which we offer products. Please read them together with the other policies referenced on this site, including our Shipping & Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges, and Privacy Policy pages.

Kavoretti is operated by MERSEYSIDE SALVAGE LTD, 20 Bridge Street, Bootle, England, L20 8AL, United Kingdom. In these Terms, "Kavoretti", "we", "us", and "our" refer to that business. Our store is built on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Shopify is not the seller of our products, is not a party to your order, and does not fulfil orders on our behalf.

By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies that apply to your purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the site to place an order.

Product information and availability

We work to keep product names, descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and other details accurate. However, screens, lighting, and device settings can affect how colors and textures appear. Minor differences between the display and the product may occur.

Product availability can change. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you using the details you provided to discuss the next step. We do not guarantee that every item shown will remain in stock.

We may correct obvious errors in product descriptions, images, or prices. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before taking further action. Nothing in these Terms removes any product warranty or consumer right that applies to your purchase.

Prices and charges

Prices are shown on the site in the currency displayed with the product or at checkout. Please review the total before you submit your order. The total may include product price, delivery charges, and other amounts that apply to your order.

Taxes, duties, and import charges depend on your location and the rules that apply there. If such charges apply and are not included in the checkout total, they may be collected by customs or another authority when the parcel arrives. We do not control those charges. If you are unsure what will apply, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

We may change prices and product details from time to time. A change will not affect an order after we have accepted it, except where the law allows or requires a correction.

Placing an order

When you submit an order, you are asking to buy the products in that order. Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee that we can accept it. We will review the order, product availability, and payment authorization. We will confirm acceptance in the order communications we send you. If the messages you receive do not clearly accept the order, please contact us before relying on it.

We may contact you or decline an order where there is a genuine reason, such as:

the product is unavailable or there was a pricing or description error;
payment is not authorized or is later declined;
the delivery address is incomplete or cannot be verified;
we suspect fraud, misuse, or a legal restriction; or
we cannot fulfil the order for another reason permitted by law.

If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for that order. If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at merseyside@kavoretti.shop. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been accepted or dispatched.

Payment

You must provide valid payment and billing information and be authorized to use the payment method you select. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment for the order total.

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Your payment provider may carry out authorization checks before the order is accepted. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may not be able to process your order. We do not ask you to send full card details by email.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery

We prepare and send orders according to our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms. That policy explains the delivery information available for your order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Please give us a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or because it was not collected, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Any additional delivery charge for resending an order will be explained before you agree to it.

Ownership of, and risk in, the products is governed by the delivery terms that apply to your order and by mandatory law. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us so we can review it under the applicable delivery and returns policy.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read that policy before ordering so you understand the conditions and process that apply.

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us with your order details and photos where helpful. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, including rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not match their description.

We do not create new return periods or conditions on this page. The current Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy applies.

Using the site responsibly

You must not use the site to break the law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your connection with any person or business. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or another customer's information.

You must not upload or transmit malicious code, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape protected data, or use automated means to place orders or copy content in a way that harms the site or other customers. You must not infringe intellectual property rights or use the site in a way that stops others from shopping normally.

We may take reasonable steps permitted by law to protect the site, our customers, and our business if we believe these rules have been broken. This does not limit your right to contact us, make a genuine complaint, leave an honest review where reviews are available, or exercise a consumer right.

Our content and intellectual property

The Kavoretti name, site design, original text, graphics, and other content we create are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and use the site for normal shopping. You may not copy, sell, republish, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

Third-party product names, brands, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of our content or of any third-party material.

Third-party services and links

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform for our store. Your use of Shopify-powered features is part of your use of our site, but Shopify's merchant terms do not replace these Terms or make Shopify the seller of your products.
